Owned the entire finance function (budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and P&L), sustaining a 50% profit margin across operations.
Drove $2,000+ in revenue within 4 months, moving 3,000+ units to 500+ unique customers across online and offline channels.
Led growth and GTM initiatives that lifted offline sales ~40% by integrating online–offline funnels, promotions, and word-of-mouth referral loops, and designed pricing and promotional strategy that protected margins while scaling acquisition cost-efficiently.
